Healthy Homemade Ferrero Rocher Recipe

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

We all get a craving for something sweet here and there and its very hard to get chocolates or sweets that has very little refined sugars. With the help of Nosa who is the owner and founder of 'Preppd' she has managed to find a dietary hack when it comes to trying to quench that sugar rush. In my latest episode where I sat down and ate pizza yes you read correctly a healthy plate of pizza. Nosa said 'Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring' so she was kind enough to give us a recipe which is a healthy snack that is high in protein low in sugar.

Picture this, imagine Ferrero Rocher without all the refined sugars, or processed fats but it still taste like Ferrero Rocher.

How??!! you ask, well thanks to Nosa we are going to let the secret out the bag.

These date based protein balls just need a little peanut butter, cacao powder, plant milk and hazelnuts to bring them together. Used indulgent milk chocolate for the coating because life is all about balance 😉
